Handmade in the Holy Land at our Fair Trade Community Workshop for young men and women who are deaf, disabled, and disadvantaged. From our Tabletop Treasures Collection, each of these natural bark bowls is one of a kind and skillfully hand-carved by a man named George who grew up in Bethlehem in a family of artisans. Wood grains vary from subtle honey tones to dramatic swirls.
A striking accent for any bureau, desktop or coffee table, these handsome bowls make very versatile gifts. They are the perfect choice for the hard-to-buy-for men in your life and are great for pocket change, paper clips and other small knick knacks. But they also make a great serving dish for your candy, chocolate, and nuts! Hand washable, each is coated with a food safe beeswax/olive oil finish.
These bowl sizes vary according to their original branch shape with some longer or wider, but most measure approximately:
Large: 5 x 3.25 inches
