I have ordered dozens of nativity pieces from this company and we live them all! We are purchasing sets for our three children now. The reason for my three star rating is because I have been trying to contact you about an order we placed that has not been shipped. I have emailed twice - no answer. I tried to call, but the phone number is not in service. My credit card was charged, but no merchandise has arrived. Am hoping this message gets some attention!

The cloth saddle bags add majesty to the nativity set ...it's a little large in scale for my nativity purchased many years ago but it's lovely. Shopping was quick and great communication with vendor was appreciated.
